This is the QCST skill-usage-tracker endpoint. It records when team members run Amazon Quick Desktop skills.

To record an event, send a GET request with skill, alias, and token query parameters (add format=html for an HTML response). Events are stored in DynamoDB and aggregated to a CSV in S3 for Amazon Quick reporting.
